About Nicole Carrington-Zurita

With more than 23 years in the Washington, DC metro real estate market, I have advised homeowners, buyers, and investors through some of life’s most important decisions. Known for her thoughtful and strategic approach, Nicole focuses on understanding each client’s full picture, including family, finances, timing, and long-term goals, before recommending a path forward. She approaches real estate not simply as a transaction, but as a meaningful decision that impacts how people live, build wealth, and plan for the future. Her role is to provide clear guidance, honest insight, and careful attention to detail so clients can move forward with confidence.

Nicole is also a mother of six and is deeply engaged in community initiatives throughout Maryland. She co-founded Food for Maryland, a nonprofit focused on providing restaurant-quality meals to communities facing food insecurity, and she is developing the Bridge Home Housing Initiative to expand housing access across the DMV region.
